TEARS IN RAIN
TEARS IN RAIN is an ECN2 process film stock. It has been lovingly respooled by us.
The film is 250D, Kodak Vision 3. The name 'TEARS IN RAIN' was originally inspired by Blade Runner (1982). Specifically the end poem about the meaning of existence by actor Rutger Hauer. Rutger wrote the poem the night before filming. He pitched the idea to Ridley Scott and it became an iconic moment in cinema history. Thanks to the late Rutger Hauer.
I've always been fascinated by the use of water in filmmaking. Whether it be reflections on water, slow motion to rain or the movement of water itself. Daya Dodds

WHAT WE DO
LOVE FILM is our new baby dedicated to the lovers of celuloid film. We address photographers, artists, hobbyist, lovers of film and everybody else to join us in the battle against AI.
Because WE/US/YOU are the real makers of photograpy and art.
And because of that we offer a small number of packages for you to take and push your passion.
As we are passionate filmmakers we decided to offer a 35mm cinema film called 'TEARS IN RAIN' which was inspired by the beloved cult film Bladerunner from 1982.
To keep you sorted we also offer you the processing and scanning of your film.
Due to Kodak's new rules this will unfortunately be a short lived project. Once the stock is sold out Kodak will not sell us anymore film. Once it's gone, it's gone!
However we are talking to other manufacturers. There is a strong possibility we will restart the project if we can source new film stock. Wish us luck.

We are active users of cine motion picture film and photographic film. We have a wealth of knowledge in creativity and technical understanding of using film. Whether it be pinhole photography, 16mm cine film or large format camera.
